摘　　要：目的:观察以下颌后静脉为标志的面神经解剖方法在腮腺肿瘤切除术中的应用,以及保护面神经的方法。方法:选取手术治疗的腮腺肿瘤病人60例,随机分为两组,一组用传统方法寻找面神经,一组用新方法进行面神经解剖并切除腮腺肿瘤。对手术方式,手术时间,面神经保护等进行比较。结果:以下颌后静脉为标志的面神经解剖法,定位明确,术中寻找面神经速度快,创伤小。结论:下颌后静脉标志面神经解剖法,比常规暴露方法时间短,损伤小。值得供腮腺手术时参考。Objective：To observe RetroMandibular Vein（RMV） as marker for facial nerve in parotidectomy.Methods：Parotid gland tumor 60 cases,divided into two groups,one group with the traditional method for facial nerve finding,the other use RMV as marker for facial nerve and parotidectomy.On the mode of operation,operation time,the protection of facial nerve for comparison.Results：The RMV as a sign for facial nerve anatomy,clear positioning,less time and less trauma.Conclusions：RMV method for facial nerve anatomy,the exposure time is short,less damage.It is worthy of application.
