摘 要:简要阐述了分子器件和分子机器的相关概念,按照调控方式分类综述了基于24-冠-8的准轮烷、轮烷和索烃大环化合物构筑的分子器件和分子机器等在超分子领域的研究进展,并展望了其研究前景.A variety of artificial molecular devices and machines have been constructed based on supramole-cular systems which including the rotaxanes,catenanes and pseudorotaxanes containing the 24-crown-8 ring and relative positive organic guests.The chemical and physical methods which can be used to operate the molecular devices and machines by controlling the input of acid-base,competitive agents,anions,light,heat,red/ox potential,protecting group and solvents were discussed.The switchable strategy based on motion of threading/dethreading in pseudorotaxane can be used to perform a great deal of functions.In rotaxane and ca-tenane systems,the function of molecular machines can be performed through varying the relative positions and orientations of the components to realize shuttling and circumrotation motions utilizing the inputting energy.
