摘　　要：由手性环己-1,2-二胺衍生的手性双头基前体合成了2个手性的双层结构的胶囊化合物.设计前体带有氨基和醛基,它们被连接到2个分子内氢键诱导的折叠体片段上.分子内氢键通过促进6个亚胺键的形成导致2个大环板块的选择性.Two chiral two-layered capsular compounds have been synthesizied from chiral cyclohexane-1,2-diamine-derived dipodal precursors.The precursors bear both amino and aldehyde groups which are connected to two intramolecularly hydrogen bonded foldamer segments.Intramolecular hydrogen bonding facilitates the selective generation of two macrocyclic moieties by forming six imine bonds.
