摘　　要：科研经费管理是高等医学院校一项艰巨的工作,规范科研经费管理是科研项目顺利实施的前提。文章对高等医学院校科研经费管理存在的问题着重阐述如何加强和规范科研经费管理的有效措施。Management of scientific research outlays is an arduous work of medical colleges.The standard of scientific research outlays management is the premise of scientific research project implementation.The paper emphatically describes how to strengthen and standardize the effective measures about scientific research outlays management problems of medical colleges.
