摘　　要：伴随着医疗卫生改革的不断深入,医院在当前激烈的市场经济竞争中,要生存和发展,将面临着各类财务风险。如何规避医院的财务风险是当今医院健康有序发展的关键,也是医院生存必不可少的条件。医院的财务管理人员要及时了解财务运行趋势,敏感应对医院财务风险,减少财务风险的损失,确保医院持续、快速、健康的发展。With the continuous deepening of reform,hospitals,in the current fierce competition in the market economy,will face a variety of financial risks.How to avoid the hospital＇s financial risk is not only key healthy and orderly development of today＇s key hospitals,but also an indispensable condition for the hospital to survive.Financial management of the hospital staff should keep abreast of trends in financial operations,financial risk-sensitive response to the hospital to reduce the financial risk of loss,to ensure that hospitals＇ sustained,rapid and healthy development.
