摘  要:点火线圈在使用之前或使用过程中,由于绝缘故障其初级电流偶尔出现幅值不等且形状不定的高频振荡。针对这种情况,研究提出一种基于小波变换模极大值的初级电流奇异点快速检测算法,首先计算信号的多尺度小波变换及模极大值;其次,利用模极大图提供的有效信息,由最大尺度到最小尺度追踪模极大值点并刻画模极大值线;最后以每条模极大值线中的最小尺度点确定奇异点位置,识别绝缘故障发生时刻并获取故障波形。该算法相比于时间复杂度高于本文算法近二百倍的复杂算法和时间复杂度接近的传统算法,应用于点火线圈绝缘故障信号时的检测误差小。Before or during the using process of ignition coil, high frequency oscillations with varying amplitudes and uncertain shapes appear in its primary current owing to insulation fault. In view of the situation this paper presents a rapid detection algorithm based on wavelet transform modulus maxima. First the multi-scale wavelet transform and modulus maxima of the signal are calculated. Second the modulus maxima is tracked from the largest to the tiniest scale taking the advantage of the effective information of the modulus maxima map and the modulus maxima lines are drawn. Last the singularity location is determined according to the point of the tiniest scale for each modulus maxima line. Compared with the complex algorithm with time complexity of nearly two hundred time higher and traditional algorithm with approximate time complexity, the proposed algorithm has smaller error when it is applied in ignition coil insulation fault signal detection.
