摘　　要：在全国27个省346个县农民林业专业合作社实地调研的基础上,结合集体林权制度改革过程中学界对农民林业专业组织的相关研究成果,对现今农民林业专业合作社的发展状况和面临的困境,进行了分析、概括和总结,提出促进农民林业专业合作社良好发展的政策建议。On the basis of field research in the 346 county farmer cooperatives of 27 provinces, combined with the reviews of rural forestry cooperatives by the professors during the collective forestry tenure reform, the paper analyzed, summarized the status and diffculities of forestry cooperatives, and proposed to promote the policy recommendations for the sound development of farmers forestry cooperatives.
