摘　　要：农民专业合作经济组织是统筹城乡经济社会发展的良好载体,是实现农村产业升级,解决＂三农＂问题的重要途径。但是从目前的发展实践来看,农民专业合作经济组织运行机制存在的诸多问题制约其进一步发展。在对青岛胶南市进行实际调研的基础上,分析了农民专业合作经济组织的产权特征、利益分配机制和内部组织结构存在的主要问题,对其成因进行了分析,提出相应的改进措施。Development of farmers specialized cooperative economic organizations is beneficial to urban and ru- ral coordinative development and also an effective way to solve the three rural issues＇problems. However, from the practice of Chinese farmer specialized cooperative organizations, the main problem is the operating mecha- nism. Through survey, the paper analyzes the characteristics of property rights , the benefits distribution mecha- nism and the organizational structure of farmers specialized cooperative economic organizations. Based on the analyses, the paper uses the new institutional economics to give its reasonable explanation.
