摘　　要：文章构建了基于层次分析法(简称AHP)的对外贸易质量评价指标体系,对1990～2009年中国对外贸易质量进行了综合分析。研究表明,中国对外贸易质量不高,并且1997年之后还出现不断下降的趋势。在认真分析中国对外贸易质量不高的深层次原因后,提出了多方位提升中国对外贸易质量的政策建议。According to Analytical Hierarchy Process, this paper constructs an index system to evaluate the quality of Chinese foreign trade from 1990 to 2009. The research result indicates that the quality of Chinese foreign trade is not high, and since 1997, it has had a falling trend. After analyzing the reasons of low-quality Chinese foreign trade, this paper makes some suggestions for the improvement of China＇s foreign trade.
