摘　　要：目的了解四川省中英艾滋病项目县吸毒人群干预现状,对项目地区吸毒人群干预效果进行评价。方法统计、整理、分析四川省中英艾滋病项目县2007-2009年吸毒人群干预工作总结、报表及监测资料。结果项目县区10 278名吸毒者接受艾滋病健康教育、4 622名吸毒者接受美沙酮入组治疗,5 541名注射吸毒者接受了针具交换服务;艾滋病知识知晓率由2007年的78.84%提高到2009年的94.67%;最近1个月共用过针具的比例由2007年的22.59%下降到2009年的9.69%;最近1次性行为安全套使用率、最近1年接受干预服务的比例均明显提高。结论四川省项目县区通过各项措施对吸毒人群开展干预取得了显著效果,吸毒人群艾滋病知晓率明显提高,而危险行为明显降低。Objective To understand the current status of intervention among the drug users（DUs） in counties of Sichuan China-UK AIDS Program,and evaluate the effect of intervention among DUs in the project areas.Methods The work summary,report forms and monitoring data of the intervention among DUs in counties of Sichuan China-UK AIDS Program from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed.Results In the project areas,10 278 DUs have received services of AIDS health education,4 622 DUs have received services of community methadone maintenance treatment,5 541 injecting drug users have received services of needle exchange.The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge increased from 78.84% in 2007 to 94.67% in 2009.The rate of sharing needle in the latest month decreased from 22.59% in 2007 to 9.69% in 2009.The condom use rate at the latest sex and the proportion of receiving prevention services at the latest year were obviously increased.Conclusion The effect of integrative intervention among DUs was significantly in the project area of Sichuan.The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge increased significantly,while the risk behaviors reduced significantly.
