四川省消除丝虫病后监测工作分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省消除丝虫病后的流行趋势和慢性丝虫病患者的变化,评价消除丝虫病远期成效。方法对可能存在的薄弱环节,开展丝虫病防治后期的循环人群和重点人群监测;采取普查和复查,进行慢性丝虫病患者调查。结果四川省消除丝虫病后循环监测43 757人,重点人群监测3 710人,均未检出微丝蚴;解剖蚊媒6 309只,未发现含人体幼丝虫感染蚊;普查10岁以上人群310 378人,无新发慢性丝虫病发生。原慢性丝虫病患者因年老自然减员等原因大为减少,自然减少率62.32%,尚存原慢性丝虫病患者341例。结论四川省消除丝虫病后,在现有血检技术条件下,未查出内源性传染源存在。监测结果表明,四川省消除丝虫病前实施的巩固和净化措施,远期效果显著。后期监测工作重点应放在对外源输入性传染源的监测和对原慢性丝虫病患者给予关怀与照料。Objective To understand the variation trend of filariasis and chronic filariasis patients after the elimination of filariasis in Sichuan and evaluate the long-term effects.Methods Monitoring on cyclical and focused population in the late of prevention and control were conducted in potential weak links;the chronic filariasis patients were monitored and investigated by general survey andre.Results Cyclical surveillance was carried out on 43 757 persons and 3 710 focused persons,with no found of microfilaria.There were 6 309 mosquitoes dissected and none of them was infectioned by microfilariae.General survey was carried out on 310 378 persons aged 10 years,and no new chronic filariasis patients was found.Chronic filariasis patients were decreased because of natural attrition with the natrual reducing rate of 62.32%.However,there were still 341 cases of chronic filariasis in Sichuan.Co nclusion After the elimination of filariasis in Sichuan,endogenous source of infection is not detected under the available blood tests technical methods.The result shows that the long-term effects of consolidation and purification conducted before the elimination of filariasis are significant.The post-surveillance should emphasize the monitoring of ectogenic source of infection and giving more care to chronic filariasis patients.
