摘 要:目的:通过比较女篮运动员赛后三种不同恢复方式(自然恢复、热水浴恢复和温泉浴恢复)后次日的无氧运动能力和血液生理生化指标的变化,观察运动后热水浴和温泉浴对疲劳机体所产生的影响。方法:国家青年女篮运动员10名,先后进行三次实验,每次实验采样和测试的指标、时间一致,运动内容一致,采用的恢复手段不同(第一次自然恢复、第二次热水浴恢复,第三次温泉浴恢复),主要测试了运动员的无氧运动能力,以及血液中乳酸、肌酸激酶、尿素氮、睾酮、皮质醇和氧化还原系统的变化情况。结果:运动后热水浴和温泉浴可加速乳酸的清除速度、促进无氧运动能力的恢复、促进肌酸激酶和自由基的恢复、调节机体睾酮和皮质醇的分泌。结论:热水浴和温泉浴在促进机体无氧运动能力和机能恢复方面具有良好的作用;温泉浴效果优于热水浴。The purpose of the present study is to observe the effect of hot spring bath and hot water bath on overcoming fatigue, comparing the change of anaerobic exercise ability and blood physiological and biochemical indexes of youth basketball players after a match using three different recovery methods, including natural recovery, hot water bath recovery and hot spring bath recovery. 10 female basketball players (national youth basketball team), conducted three experiments, the content of exercise and measure indexes are consistent, as well as the time of exercise and measure indexes, using recovery means different (the first natural recovery, the second hot water bath recovery, the third hot spring bat recovery). The measure indexes in- clude athlete's anaerobic exercise ability, and blood lactic acid, creatine kinase, urea nitrogen, testosterone, cortisoI and REDOX system changes. It was showed that hot water bath and hot spring bath after exercise may accelerate cleanup speed of lactic acid, promote speed of return to normal anaerobic exercise ability, promote cleanup rate of creatine kinase, and radical, and regulate the secretion of T and C; the effect of hot spring is better than that of hot water. And hot spring may become a strategy to promote recovery, potentially by improving the speed of return to normal anaerobic exercise ability, cleanup rate of metabolic waste and endocrine regulation ability.
