摘　　要：随着寒区经济的发展,与之相适应的生命线工程的建设速度、规模正迅猛发展起来。针对国内外近10年来寒区生命线建设和运营过程中出现的灾害性或灾难性工程实例,阐述了寒区生命线工程破坏特征,并结合当今生命线工程发展趋势和已经取得的成果、经验,对寒区生命线工程系统的建设和安全提出了有益的建议。Lifeline systems in cold regions over the entire world were rapidly developing in recent decades, particular in China, some large-scale and extra large-scale lifeline projects had been built across the cold regions since 2000. However, some natural disasters had induced huge economic and properties losses related to these lifeline systems. This paper presents some typical natural disaster events occurring in recent years which severely damaged these lifeline systems, and several key problems were also discussed to improve capacities of disaster mitigation of these infrastructure systems and its sustainable development.
