摘 要:目的探讨TRPV1和TRPV2基因表达水平与北京地区儿童哮喘的关系。方法实时定量PCR方法检测38例健康儿童,46例哮喘儿童外周血淋巴细胞中TRPV1和TRPV2 mRNA表达水平差异。免疫印迹法定量检测总IgE水平,尘螨、春季花粉、秋季花粉、蟑螂和猫狗毛、真菌等特异性IgE水平,对检测结果进行多因素logistic回归分析。结果健康和哮喘组儿童TRPV1和TRPV2的mRNA表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),真菌特异性IgE表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TRPV1和TRPV2基因表达水平升高可能是北京地区儿童哮喘发病的危险因素。Objective To study the relationship between the expression levels of TRP^1 and TRP^2 genes and child- hood asthma in Beijing. Methods Peripheral blood lymphocytes from 38 healthy children and 46 asthmatic children were collected to detect the expression level of TRPV1 and TRPV2 mRNA by real-time quantitative PCR. Western blotting assay was used for quantification of total lgE levels and some specific IgE levels, including those of dust mites, pollen in spring and autumn, the hair of cockroaches, cats, dogs and mold. The above factors were subject to multiple logistic regression. Results The expression levels of TRPV1 and TltP^2 mRNA and mold-specific IgE of asthmatic children are significantly different from those of healthy children (P 〈O. 01 ). Conclusion The increase of TRPV1 and TRPV2 gene expression lev- els may be a risk factor for childhood asthma in Beijing.
