质量管理原则在高校图书馆文献资源建设中的应用

摘　　要：高校图书馆作为高校培养人才的重要机构,需要时刻围绕高校发展的方向调整目标。高校图书馆应该引入质量管理原则,构建文献资源建设的管理体系,通过基于事实的决策方法建立量化的文献资源建设指标体系,并对整个过程进行目标管理和控制,最终实现文献资源建设的不断改进,达到优化馆藏文献结构的目标,进而提升图书馆馆藏质量和服务水平。University libraries as the important training institution of universities should adjust their direction in response to the development of universities. University libraries should introduce the quality management principle into their management, construct the management system of the literature resources construction, set up the index system of the literature resources construction with decision method based on facts, carry out the target management and control the whole process. In this way, it could achieve continuous improvement of the construction of literature resources ultimately and the target of optimizing collection literatures, so as to improve the collection quality and service level of libraries.
