摘　　要：上海近代缫丝业,是中国近代工业中最早产生的行业之一。在近代特殊的社会背景下,上海缫丝业的发展历程,是近代中国工业发展史的一个典型的缩影。文章从社会因素和缫丝业内部因素两方面入手,将影响缫丝业发展的主客观因素相结合,来研究上海近代缫丝业的产生、发展、繁荣和衰落过程。The silk reeling industry of Shanghai was one of the earliest emerged and formed industry of modern Chi- na. In the special background of modem society, its development was a typical epitome of the modem industry histo- ry. This paper starts with two aspects ： the social factors and the inner factor of silk reeling industry, combines the subjective and objective factors influencing the silk reeling industry, to research into the emergence, development, prosperity and decline of modem silk reeling industry in Shanghai.
