摘 要:通过电聚合制备了聚茜素红S-多壁碳纳米管修饰丝网印刷电极,用于水中对苯二酚的测定。考察了对苯二酚在修饰电极上的电化学行为。该修饰电极对对苯二酚的氧化还原反应具有明显的电催化作用。用示差脉冲伏安法测定了水中对苯二酚的含量,其氧化峰电流在5.02×10-5—1.52×10-3m ol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2.37×1-0 5m ol/L,加样回收率在98.1%—106.9%之间。所制备的修饰电极可应用于水中对苯二酚的现场快速检测。The poly-alizarin red S-multi-wall carbon nanotubes modified screen-printed electrode(ARS-MWCNTs/SPE) was fabricated through electro-polymerization for the determination of hydroquinone in water.The electrochemical behavior of hydroquinone on modified electrode was investigated,and the ARS-MWCNTs/SPE showed a strong electro-catalytic activity for the oxidation-reduction of hydroquinone.For the determination of hydroquinone in water samples by differential pulse voltammetry,the peak currents of hydroquinone were linear to concentrations in the range of 5.02×10-5—1.52×10-3mol/L,with the detection limit of 2.37×10-5 mol/L,and the recovery found by standard addition method was in the range of 98.1%—106.9%.The ARS-MWCNTs/SPE can be applied to the rapid insitu determination of hydroquinone in water.
