摘 要:采用日本丰香草莓品种进行实验,研究低温(-10℃和-5℃)和高温(35℃和40℃)胁迫对其叶片叶绿素荧光特性的影响。结果发现,温度胁迫后,草莓叶片的最大荧光(Fm)、PSⅡ原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ光化学效率(Y ield)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)均明显下降。可见,温度胁迫后,草莓叶片的光合作用能力明显低于对照(25℃),并且随着胁迫时间的延长,光合作用能力进一步降低。相对于对照温度(25℃),胁迫温度越高或越低,对草莓叶片的影响越大。The experiments were made with Fragaria×ananassa Duch.cv.Toyonoka as test material.The effects of low temperature stress(-10℃ and-5℃) and high temperature stress(35℃ and 40℃)on chlorophyll fluorescence were investigated.Compared to control temperature(25℃),the maximal fluorescence(Fm),the primary conversion of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm),actual photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ in the light(Yield),and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP) all declined.After temperature stress,the capable of photosynthesis of leaves of Fragaria×ananassa Duch.cv.Toyonokawith was obviously lower than control temperature(25℃),and the capable of photosynthesis was further decreased along with extending time of temperature stress.Compared to control temperature(25℃),effect of leaves of Fragaria×ananassa Duch.cv.Toyonoka was bigger with higher or lower temperature stress.
