摘 要:绿柱石经氢氧化钠和过氧化钠熔融分解,电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法同时测定绿柱石中的硅、铍、铝、钙、铁、锰、钛、镁、钾、磷等10种元素的含量。对试样分解方式、元素分析谱线、仪器工作条件选择和基体匹配等做了实验和讨论,确定碱加入量,在标准溶液中加入一定量熔剂、盐酸和主量元素进行基体匹配,以消除基体效应,各待测元素间无明显干扰。克服了传统方法测定周期长,化学处理操作繁杂等缺点。方法用于有证标准物质分析,结果和标准值一致,均在允许误差范围内;方法的精密度(RSD,n=12)为0.65%—3.69%;回收率为93%—106%。适于绿柱石中主、次、微量多元素分析。A method was developed to determine contents of Si,Be,Al,Ca,Fe,Mn,Ti,Mg,K and P with sodium hydroxide and sodium peroxide melting beryl by inductively coupled plasmaatomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Sample melting form,detecting lines,instrument working conditions and matrix effects were tested and discussed,and suitable amount of melting agents,HCl and main elements were added into standard solutions to eliminate matrix effects,there were no serious interferences among elements.The shortfalls of traditional methods such as long-term of determination and complicated chemical procedure were overcome by the method.Certified reference materials were analyzed,and the results were in good agreement with the certified values,and that were both in the range of allowable error.The precision of the method was in the range of 0.65%—3.69% RSD(n=12)and the recovery was 93%—106%.The proposed method can meet the requirement for the determination of main,second and micro elements in beryl.
