摘 要:了解某市电镀行业作业工人体内铬的实际水平。用原子吸收光谱法测定电镀企业接触铬作业的86名工人和同地区无铬暴露的47名对照人群鼻腔灌洗液和红细胞中铬的浓度。该市电镀行业接触铬工人体内铬浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且机体铬浓度随工龄的增加呈增高趋势(P<0.01)。结果表明,工人体内铬含量与长期在低浓度铬污染的环境中工作呈正相关。Actual level of the chromium of exposed workers from electroplating industry in a city was learned.The contents of chromium in nasal cavity fluid and red blood cell between the chrome-exposed 86 exposed workers in chromium electroplating enterprises and control group of 47 chrome-free in the same region were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The body chromium concentrations of chrome-exposed workers in chromium electroplating enterprises were obviously higher than contral group(P0.01),that increased along with length of service increasing(P0.01).The body chromium concentrations of workers and long-term low concentrations of chromium pollution in the work environment was a positive correlation.
