摘  要:目前对青翘含量的研究取得了一定的成果,但关于不同炮制方法对青翘质量的影响还没有相关文献报道。本文采用分辨率高、准确度好,简便快捷、无污染的FT IR光谱法鉴别不同炮制方法对青翘质量的影响,研究了山西青翘使用不同方法和不同时间炮制后的FT IR光谱特征。结果表明,青翘共有峰为12处,其峰的数目、形状及相对强度可用于区分青翘的不同炮制方法、不同炮制时间。因此,可以利用FT IR指纹图谱方便快捷地区分青翘的不同炮制方法、不同炮制时间。At present,the research about the content of Forsythis suspense(Thunb.)Vahl has achieved particular outcomes,but there is no relative document reported the influencing of different processing methods to the quality of Forsythis suspense(Thunb.)Vahl.The effect of different processing methods on quality of Forsythis suspense(Thunb.)Vahl was investigated by FTIR spectrometry with high resolution,accuracy and handy without any pollution.The FTIR characteristic of Forsythis suspense(Thunb.)Vahl samples from Shanxi which were processed by different processing methods and different time were studied.Forsythis suspense(Thunb.)Vahl had 12 identical absorption peaks,and Forsythis suspense(Thunb.)Vahl can be distinguished by different processing methods and different processing time,according to the number,the shape and the relative intensity of the absorption peaks.FTIR fingerprint spectrum can be used to distinguish Forsythis suspense(Thunb.)Vahl from different processing methods and different processing time.
