摘  要:样品用氢氟酸、硝酸、盐酸、高氯酸处理,由于氧化性酸的存在,样品中微量的硫以可溶性状态存在于待测溶液中,实验证明,即使高氯酸冒烟至尽,硫也不会挥发损失,处理好的待测溶液可直接上全谱直读等离子体发射光谱仪上测定。方法的检出限为5μg/g,采用本法测定了国家标准物质土壤GBW07401—07408,岩石GBW 07103和GBW 07106,水系沉积物GBW 07303和GBW 07306,结果表明样品12次测定的相对标准偏差为2.16%—6.87%,相对误差最大为-6.54%。A method for determination of micro sulphur in rock,soil,and stream sidement was developed by ICP-OES.The samples were treated by HCl,HNO3,HClO4 and HF,because of oxidized acid existence,when samples were dissolved completely,the sulphur in samples can not volatilize,and dissolve material solution can be determined directly by simultaneous inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry,detection limit of the method was 5μg/g.The accepted results of Chinese geological certified reference materials of soil(GBW 07401—07408),rock(GBW 07103 and GBW 07106) and stream sediments(GBW 07303 and GBW 07306) were also satisfactory by the method.RSD for the method was from 2.16% to 6.87%.The maximum relative error was-6.54%.
