摘 要:以大观1号作对照,选取16个有花粉品种为父本开展金华大白桃花粉直感效应研究。花粉直感后金华大白桃坐果率在25%~68.6%,早露蟠等4个品种授粉处理坐果率高于对照。与对照相比,花粉直感对金华大白桃果实可溶性固形物含量、果实硬度有显著影响,其中金山早红、艳光授粉处理效果较佳;虽然花粉直感对单果质量的影响未达显著差异,但对果实大小分级产生重要影响,金山早红、艳光等作父本,金华大白桃特级、一级果比例明显增加;对果实成熟期有明显影响,雪雨露等10个品种处理熟期早于对照;对可食率、果形指数、果实颜色等指标无明显影响。利用灰色关联分析法对授粉品种——金华大白桃组合进行模糊综合评价,结果显示,艳光、金山早红与金华大白桃组合的授粉组合综合评分分别0.62、0.60,为一级方案,春雪、早露蟠与金华大白桃组成的授粉组合为三级方案,以上方案优于对照组合。To evaluate the xenia effect for improving the quality of peach cultivar Jinhua DaBai peach in Jinhua area in Zhejiang province,sixteen peach cultivars were used as paternal pollinators and Jinhua DaBai peach as the only maternal parent,with one of the paternal pollinators Daguan 1 and Jinhua DaBai peach combination as control.The results indicated that the fruit setting rate were 25% to 68.6% for combinations with xenia effect and four Pollinator-Jinhua DaBai peach combinations had higher rate of fruit setting than the control.Xenia did not show a significant impact on the single fruit weight compared to the control,but had an important influence on the grade of fruit size,and the rate of high grade fruits of Jinhua DaBai peach was greatly increased when using certain cultivars as pollinators,such as Jinshan Zaohong,Yanguang.Fruit appearance was not affected evidently by xenia,e.g.fruit shape index and fruit coloration.But fruit soluble solid content and firmness were affected obviously,of which pollination treatment with Jinshan Zaohong and Yanguang were better.Pollinators had no great effect on the fruit edible rate,but had a little effect on the fruit split-pit.Comprehensive evaluation of sixteen 'Pollinator-Jinhua DaBai peach' combinations were indistinctly calculated by the Grey Incidence Analysis.'Yanguang-Jinhua DaBai peach' was chosen as the best pollination combination which had total score of 0.61 in this study,followed by Jinshanzaohong-Jinhua DaBai peach the second one,and Chunxue-Jinhua DaBai peach and Zaolupan-Jinhua DaBai peach the third ones.All of these four combinations were performed better than the control.
