摘  要:为探明种子败育型葡萄胚珠中内源多胺含量与胚败育的关系,以种子败育型葡萄和有核对照品种自交果实为试材,研究了不同胚胎发育时期胚珠内源多胺含量的变化规律。结果表明,除有核葡萄Spm含量在胚发育过程中始终表现上升趋势外,葡萄胚珠内源PAs、Put和Spd含量均表现为先升后降的变化趋势。种子败育型葡萄的内源PAs、Put和Spd含量明显低于有核品种的,Spm含量在无核葡萄胚发育后期含量明显低于有核品种的。红宝石无核的(Spd+Spm)/PAs、Spm/PAs表现为下降趋势,火星无核表现为先升后降,而对照的均呈上升趋势。欧亚种葡萄品种的胚珠重量与内源PAs、Spd和Spm极显著正相关,欧美杂种的胚珠重量与Spm显著正相关。胚珠内较低的多胺含量及其胚胎发育过程中多胺含量的大幅度下降是导致种子败育型葡萄胚败育的主要因素。In order to clarify the relationship between endogenous polyamines and embryo abortion,the selfing fruits of stenospermocarpic grapes and seeded grapes were taken as materials,the polyamine content changes of ovules at different developmental stage after florescence were researched.The results showed that Pas content,Put content and Spd content were all increasing first and then decreasing,except the Spm content of seeded grape was always increasing.The PAs content,Put content and Spd content in seedless grape ovules were obviously lower than that of the seeded grape ovules.Spm content of seedless grape ovules at later developmental stage were lower,too.The ratio of(Spd+Spm)/Put and Spm/Pas of Ruby Seedless displayed falling trend and that of Mars Seedless was rising first then falling,but that of seeded grapes was always increasing.Besides Put content,the other polyamine contents of V.vinifera had significantly positive correlation with ovule weight,while this correlation of hybrid of V.vinifera×V.labrusca was not significant except Spm contents.So the lower polyamine content and the sharply decreased polyamine content in seedless grape ovules might be the major factors that caused embryo abortion.
