摘  要:为探讨葡萄根系腐解物的化感作用,采用室内红地球葡萄(Vitis vinifera)组培苗和室外贝达葡萄(V.ri-paria×V.labrusca)盆栽苗相结合的方法,研究了葡萄根系腐解物的化感效应,并利用LC-MS技术对根系腐解物中的化感物质进行了分离鉴定。室内试验表明,0.01、0.05、0.1 g.mL-1(根系干质量.培养基体积,下同)的根系腐解物显著抑制葡萄组培苗的生长,浓度越高抑制作用越强。盆栽试验显示不同比例的根系腐解物均抑制葡萄的生长,并且随着土壤添加比例增加抑制作用增强。LC-MS检测结果确定葡萄根系腐解物中含有苯甲酸、苯丙酸和水杨酸3种酚酸类物质,且这3种物质对山河二号葡萄(V.amurensis×V.riparia)组培苗具有显著的化感抑制作用。由此可见,葡萄根系腐解后产生的酚酸类化感物质是葡萄连作障碍产生的重要原因之一。In order to explore the allelopathy of grape root decomposing products,tissue cultured plantlets of Red Globe(Vitis vinifera L.) in laboratory and cutting seedlings of Beta(V.riparia×V.labrusca) by pot experiment were used to examine the effect of grape decomposing products on plant growth.Laboratory tests showed 0.01,0.05,0.1 g·mL-1(root dry weight/culture medium volume,the same below) grape root decomposing products inhibited significantly growth of grape plantlets,the inhibition being stronger at higher concentrations of root decomposing products.Pot experiment indicated that root decomposition substance significantly inhibited grape growth,and their inhibiting effect became stronger with the increase of grape root in soil,Benzoic acid,phenylpropionic acid and salicylic acid were determined by LC-MS in grape root decomposing products,which had significant allelopathy effect on tissue-cultured plantlets of Shanhe No.2(V.amurensis×V.riparia).So,allelochemicals from root decomposing products was an important reason of grape replant disease.
