摘 要:以高真空多层绝热低温容器为研究对象,利用残余气体分析仪研究冷阴极真空规管、热阴极真空规管以及热阴极真空规管不同放置位置对低温容器真空夹层内残余气体的影响。结果表明:冷阴极真空规管对低温容器真空夹层内残余气体的影响几乎是可以忽略不计的;热阴极真空规管对低温容器真空夹层内残余气体的影响较大,热阴极的灯丝和残余气体之间存在化学反应,使得残余气体中H2O、CH4、CO和CO2的分压力升高,而O2的分压力降低;对于既有残余气体分析仪,又有热阴极真空规管的系统,热阴极真空规管的安装位置应该尽可能地远离残余气体分析仪。High vacuum multilayer insulation (HVMLI) cryogenic vessel was studied in this paper. The spectrums of the residual gases in HVMLI cryogenic vessel at various conditions were obtained by using residual gas analyzer (RGA). These conditions included opening the cold/hot cathode vacuum gauge and the different distance between hot cathode vacuum gauge and RGA. The results of the experimental investigation are as follows : The influence of the cold cathode vacuum gauge on the residual gases is negligible. A series of influences of hot cathode vacuum gauge on the residual gases were observed. There are the chemi- cal reactions between the hot cathode and the residual gases, which increases the pressures of H2 O, CH4, CO and CO2, and at the same time decreases the pressure of 02. If the system includes the hot cathode vacuum gauge and RGA, the hot cathode vacuum gauge should be installed as far as practicable from the RGA.
