摘 要:通过正交试验制备了阳离子絮凝剂壳聚糖季铵盐(HTCC),研究了HTCC与PAC复配的除浊效果,确定最佳复配比为m(HTCC)∶m(PAC)=1∶1.6,在该复配比及最佳投加量下,浊度去除率达96%以上,余浊<4 NTU。实验表明:pH对HTCC/PAC的除浊效果影响较大;沉降时间对除浊效果无明显影响;经HTCC/PAC处理后水样中的Al3+残余量明显低于国家生活饮用水卫生标准中的允许含量;HTCC/PAC对黄河兰州段水样的絮凝效果良好,最佳投加量下出水余浊<3 NTU。Cationic 2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride chitosan (HTCC) has been prepared by orthogonal experiment. The removal rate of turbidity by composite flocculant HTCC/PAC is investigated, and its best composited ratio is determined to be m (HTCC):m (PAC)=1:1.6. The turbidity removal rate reaches above 96% and residual turbidity reaches under 4 NTU by HTCC/PAC with this composite ratio and optimum dosages. The experiment shows that pH has great influence on the turbidity removal effectiveness of HTCC/PAC ,but the influence of settling time on turbidity removal is not obvious. The residual aluminum of the water samples treated by HTCC/PAC is obviously lower than the aluminum permissible content of Standards for Drinking Water Quality. The flocculation effectiveness of HTCC/PAC on the water samples from Lanzhou section of Yellow River is quite good, and its residual turbidity is less than 3 NTU when the dosage of HTCC/PAC is optimum.
