摘  要:采用UV氧化+膜生物反应器(MBR)组合工艺处理模拟印染废水,考察了该工艺的处理效果及生物强化作用对MBR工艺的影响。MBR实验条件为:水温25℃,pH=6,水力停留时间10h,溶解氧3~5mg/L,运行时间60d,强化菌种按质量分数0.5%投入到MBR。实验结果表明,UV氧化大大降低了废水的毒性,组合工艺对TOC的总平均去除率达到89%,出水水质良好。此外,生物强化使活性污泥具有更好的生理活性和抗冲击负荷能力。The membrane hioreactor (MBR) coupled with UV oxidation system has been used for treating simulated dyeing wastewater. The effects of the treatment effectivenss and bioaugmentation capacity on MBR process have been studied. MBR system is to be operated under the conditions of T=25 ℃ ,pH=6, HRT=10 h and DO=3-5 mg/L, running time 60 d, and the augmented strains are dosed into MBR in a certain proportion of 0.5%. The results illustrate that the UV oxidation lowers the toxicity of the wastewater greatly, and the total average removal rate of TOC reaches 89%. The effluent water quality is pretty good. Moreover, bio-augmentation makes the activated sludge take on better physiological activity and anti-shock loading capability.
