军队基层人员灾害救援医学知识和能力教育培训的定性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨军队基层灾害救援医学人员素质及教育培训的要求,为制定军队基层人员灾难医学教育方案提供参考依据。[方法]采用个人深入访谈法分析军队基层各类人员的素质要求及灾害医学知识的教育培训,同时分析其在灾害医学救援中的法律责任等问题。[结果]军队基层人员包括军队医务人员和非医务人员均应该进行灾害医学救援的知识和能力的培训,培训机构应该给接受培训且考核合格的人群颁发合格证书。已取得急救资格的人群在现场实施急救时,其行为应该受到法律保护。[结论]应建立和完善军队基层各类人员灾害救援医学教育培训方案,以更好地促进军队医学救援事业的发展。[Objective]To explore the ability and education of relief medicine among personnel in military grass roots in order to offer the references for setting up general outline of relief medicine education of grass roots.[Methods]Qualitative method such as in-depth interview was used among specialist of emergency to analyze the demand of military grass roots＇ ability,knowledge and responsibility in medical relief.[Results]Both the medical personnel and non-medical ones in military grass root should be trained in knowledge and ability of relief medicine.Certificate should be provided by the training organization to those who passed the examination,and their action during the medical relief should be protected by the law.[Conclusion]The criteria and rule of educational system of relief medicine among personnel in military grass roots should be established in order to promote the development of relief medicine education in army.
