急性有机磷农药中毒患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白的改变及临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)的改变及临床价值。[方法]采用ELISA法检测100例AOPP患者入院时、中毒后12h、48h、72h时的血清NGAL水平和100例健康体检者血清NGAL水平。[结果]AOPP组入院时、中毒后12h、48h、72h时的血清NGAL水平显著高于对照组,两者相比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);血清NGAL水平随着中毒程度加重而升高,NGAL与不同中毒程度分级呈正相关(r=0.548,P﹤0.01)。[结论]监测AOPP患者血清NGAL水平有助于判断中毒程度,AOPP患者血清NGAL水平的升高对早期急性肾损伤具有重要的诊断价值。[Objective]To explore the variation and clinical significance of serum neutrophil gelatinase-associatedlipocalin（NGAL）in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticid poisoning（AOPP）.[Methods]100 cases of patients with AOPP（AOPP group）and 100 healthy subjects were studied,and the serum NGAL level were detected using ELISA and immunosuppression methods on admission and after poisoning 12h,48h and 72h.[Results]On admission and after poisoning 12h,48h and 72h,the serum NGAL level of the AOPP group were higher than the controls group,and there was significant difference（P﹤0.05）;The serum NGAL level increased with increasing degrees of poisoning,and the different degrees of poisoning was positively correlated with NGAL level（r = 0.548,P﹤0.01）.[Conclusion]Monitoring of serum NGAL of AOPP patients can help determine the extent of poisoning,when the serum NGAL level of the AOPP group increased,and the degrees of kidney injury was serious,which was important diagnostic significance for acute kidney injury.
