医学生与非医学生乙肝疫苗复种意识调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解医学生与非医学生HBV-M(乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志物)复查与乙肝疫苗复种意识的差别。[方法]以调查问卷形式,对承德市4所大学625名在校学生进行调查。[结果]625份问卷调查,有效答卷605份,自己有意向及支持亲友定期复查HBV-M,根据需要复种乙肝疫苗加强针人数,医学生均高于非医学生。对乙肝疫苗加强免疫注射预防乙型肝炎相关知识的了解缺乏,成为不能进行乙肝疫苗加强免疫注射的最主要因素。[结论]有44.2%的医学生和91.5%的非医学生不了解乙肝疫苗加强免疫注射的有关信息,在医学生与非医学生中加强HBV-M复查与乙肝疫苗复种意识的宣传教育十分必要。[Objective] To study the difference of the Consciousness of HBV-M Check and multiple Chronic Hepatitis B vaccine between medical college students and non-medical college students. [ Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted among 625 students who study at four colleges in Chengde city. [ Results] 625 questionnaires were used, anda total Of 605 valid papern was received. The number of medical college students who approved HBV-M Check and multiple Chronic Hepatitis B vaccine was higher than those of non-medical college students. The lack of the knowledge of Chronic Hepatitis B was the main reason that disapprove multiple Chronic Hepatitis B vaccine. [ Conclusion ] 44.2% of medical college students and 91,5% of non-medical college students do not know the message of strengthen immunity and injecting Chronic Hepatitis B vaccine. So it is necessary to introduce the knowledge of HBV-M Cheek and multiple Chronic Hepatitis B vaccine to all the students.
