自贡市2009年流感哨点医院检测结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解自贡市流感病毒感染状况,为制定预防和控制流感措施提供依据。[方法]采集2009年6～12月自贡市流感哨点医院流感样病人的咽拭子标本,分别用实时荧光Real-time PCR与逆转录聚合酶连反应(RT-PCR)方法对甲型H1N1、季节性流感A(H1N1)亚型、季节性流感A(H3N2)亚型和乙型流感病毒的RNA进行检测。[结果]收到的327例流感样患者的咽拭子标本中,检出甲型H1N1流感119例,阳性率36.4%、季节性流感A(H1N1)亚型阳性16例,阳性率4.9%;季节性流感A(H3N2)亚型阳性4例,阳性率1.2%;未检出乙型流感病毒。甲型H1N1流行时间分布:9月开始流行,当月检出阳性率为38.9%,11月达到顶峰,10月、11月、12月甲型H1N1流感检出的阳性率分别为34.4%、64.5%、29.5%。[结论]自贡市2009年流感流行以甲型H1N1流感为主,流行在11月达到高峰,12月甲型H1N1流感疫情出现明显下降趋势,流感防控取得阶段性成果;季节性流感以A(H1N1)和A(H3N2)亚型为主,无乙型流感发生。[Objective]To understand influenza epidemic situation for local prevention and control policy making.[Methods]Nasopharyngeal swab samples were collected from June to December 2009 in influenza sentinel hospitals of Zigong.Real-time PCR and RT-PCR test were implemented for influenza A virus subtype H1N1,seasonal influenza A subtype H1 virus,seasonal influenza A subtype H3 virus,influenza B virus RNAs.[Results]Among the tested 327 samples,119 were influenza A virus subtype H1N1 positive（36.4%）,16 were seasonal influenza A subtype H1 virus positive（4.9%）,4 were seasonal influenza A subtype H3 virus positive（1.2%）,and no influenza B virus was detected.H1N1 epidemic time distribution：H1N1 influenza epidemic was started at September（38.9%） and reached peak in November.From September to December,monthly positive rate were 34.4%,64.5% and 29.5%.[Conclusion]In 2009,the influenza epidemic in Zigong was mainly caused by influenza A virus subtype H1N1 infection.The infection rate reached its peak in November and showed sign of control in December.Seasonal influenza A subtype H1 virus and Seasonal influenza seasonal influenza A subtype H3 virus contributed most on the seasonal influenza epidemic,no influenza B virus infection case was detected.
