锁定加压钢板在四肢骨折患者治疗中的临床应用价值探讨

摘　　要：[目的]提高临床治愈率,了解锁定加压钢板(LCP)对四肢骨折治疗的的临床价值。[方法]选择2007年1月～2010年1月3年期间我科就诊的38例四肢骨折的患者,所有入选患者疾病程度无差异。回顾分析术后治疗效果及随访情况。[结果]38例患者住院时间平均为(17±3)d,CR拍片显示骨痂出现时间平均为(8.5±3.5)周,骨折愈合时间平均为(6.7±3.4)月。Johner-Wruhs功能分级法评定患肢情况:优良(excellent)占56.9%,良好(good)占32.8%,一般(fair)占10.3%,无差级(poor)者。术后1年内随访情况:骨折部位均愈合良好,无神经损伤、肌腱损伤及固定钢板断裂等情况发生。[结论]锁定加压钢板应用于四肢骨折治疗中,可提高临床治愈率,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床中推广使用。[Objective]To improve clinical cure rate,understand locking compression plateing in the treatment of patients with extremities fractures of clinical application.[Methods]38 cases of patients with extremities fractures,without difference degree of disease,were treated in our department between January 2007 and January 2010 were selected.We reviewed postoperative therapy effect and follow-up.[Results]58 patients hospitalized for an average was（17 ± 3）d,the average callus showed by CR scan was（8.5 ± 3.5）w,fracture healing time for an average was（6.7 ± 3.4）m.Johner-Wruhs function classification method to assess limb situation were：excellent accounted for 56.9%,good accounted for 32.8%,fair accounted for 10.3%,and poor patient were none.Postoperative follow-up within 1 year：fracture sites all healing was good,no nerve damage and tendon injuries and fixed steel fracture etc to happen.[Conclusion]The locking compression plates used in treatment of extremities fractures,improve clinical cure rate,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the use of clinical.
