戒毒机构构建艾滋病健康干预模式的研究

摘　　要：目的评估戒毒机构管理人员及戒毒人员对艾滋病相关知识的需求,评价开展健康干预的效果,为建立有效预防艾滋病的健康干预模式提供依据。方法根据对戒毒人员和管理人员的基线调查,开展相应的健康干预,间隔3～6个月后采用同样的方法评估干预前后戒毒人员和管理人员的知、信、行水平。结果管理人员艾滋病相关知识知晓率由51.2%提高至76.7%,对工作及戒毒人员的恐惧心理由48.8%降低为20.9%,愿意接触戒毒人员的主动性也由23.3%增加至58.1%;戒毒人员知晓率由32.0%提高至61.4%,各项指标前后差异均有统计学意义。结论通过有效的健康干预模式可使戒毒人员掌握减少危害的知识,提高健康行为水平;同时通过提高管理人员的艾滋病认知水平可改善现行的管理模式,营造宽松健康的看护环境。Objective To evaluate the administrative staff and drug addict on the knowledge of AIDS after the launch of health management program.Method According to the background knowledge,appropriately designed health management program was provided to the administrative staff and drug addict.Results Were evaluated at 3 to 6 months after the launching of the program.Results for the administrative staff,the awareness rate was increased from 51.2% to 76.7%.Reduce to 20.9% to the frightened psychology of the work and addict received treatment from 48.8%.The initiative liking to contact the addict received treatment is increased to 58.1% from 23.3% too.The knowing rate of addict received treatment is improved from 32.0% to 61.4%.The front and back difference of every index has a statistics meaning.Conclusion It can make the addict received treatment grasp the knowledge which reduces danger to intervene the mode through effective health.Improve the healthy behaviour level can improve the current management mode through improving level of administrative staff＇s cognition of AIDS.At the same time,build the loose and healthy environment of nursing.
