摘 要:以工业钛液为钛源,调节钛液指标和钛液底水体积比,热水解制备出掺杂多孔锐钛型TiO2。采用XRD、粒度分布、等温N2吸附-脱附及XRF等对样品进行表征。不同的钛液底水体积比对合成多孔TiO2的晶体结构、粒径、比表面积和孔道结构等具有较大影响,锐钛相晶型改善、比表面积提高及离子掺杂等有助于其光催化活性的提高。钛液底水体积比为100∶35时所得多孔TiO2的比表面积最大,达215.4 m2/g,孔径分布窄,并掺杂少量氧化物,对亚甲基蓝光催化降解率达92.8%。Doped porous titania with anatase phase was prepared via thermal hydrolysis of industrial titanyl sulfate solution as titanium source,by adjusting the index of the titanium solution and the volume ratio of titanium solution to water.The as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD,particle size distribution,nitrogen absorption-desorption method and XRF determinations.Different volume ratio of titanium solution to water has great effects on the crystal structure,particle size,specific surface area and pore structure of the porous titania.Improving of crystallite of anantase phase,increase of specific surface area and impure ion dopant can all promote the photocatalytic activity of porous titania.At the volume ratio of titanium solution to water of 100:35,the porous titania was prepared with the biggest specific surface area,the SBET of 215.4 m2/g,which had a narrow pore size distribution and doped with a small amount of oxides.And it showed high photocatalytic activity on degradation of methylene blue,with degradation rate of 92.8%.
