摘  要:分析了在高钛渣熔盐氯化过程中氯化物熔盐介质物化性能恶化的原因,并提出钙镁离子固化工艺以改善氯化物熔盐介质的物化性能,通过热力学研究了钙镁离子固化工艺的可行性。固化剂与钙镁离子反应的吉布斯自由能均小于零,反应均能自发进行。当以Na2SO4作为固化剂,温度低于1 073 K时,氯化物熔盐中kp=[Ca2+][SO24-]和kp=[Mg2+][SO42-]均小于2.5×10-3;当以Na3PO4作为固化剂,温度低于1 173 K时,kp=[Ca2+][PO43-]2/3<2.5×10-6,kp=[Mg2+][PO43-]2/3<1×10-7。The reasons of deterioration of physical and chemical properties of molten chlorides during molten-salt chlorination of titania-rich slag were discussed,and a process of curing of Ca2+ and Mg2+ in molten chlorides was proposed which can improve the properties of molten chlorides,also the feasibility of the Ca2+ and Mg2+ curing process was verified by thermodynamics.The Gibbs free energy of curing reactions is less than zero,thus they can spontaneous reaction.When Na2SO4 as a curing agent and the temperature is below 1 073 K,both of kp=and kp= are less than 2.5×10-3;when Na3PO4 as a curing agent and the temperature is below 1 173 K,kp=2/32.5×10-6,kp=2/31×10-7.
