摘　　要：人类经济活动有其内在的运行规律,这就是资本逻辑。对内,资本逻辑要求建立法治秩序,建立平等的竞争环境;对外,资本逻辑则是到处扩展,力求建立自己的殖民体系。经济转型的本质在于变外源型经济为内源型经济。当经济启动的要素不仅仅是外在的,而且是内在的;经济启动的动力不仅仅是资源要素,而且是人力资本要素;经济运行的周期不再是简单的克隆与重复,而是有一个不断的创新过程;那么,经济转型就是一个实实在在的进程。Human economic activity has its inherent operation law, and this is the logic of capital. Internally, the capital logic requires the establishment of rule of law and order as well as the creation of an equal environment of competition; externally, the logic of capital leads a trend of blind expansion and unlimited development. The essence of economic transition is to turn the exotic economy into the endoge- nous economy. Economic transition is a real process under the following conditions： the elements of econ- omy start is not only from external, but also from internal; the dynamic of economy start is not only re- source elements, but also human capital; the cycle of economic operation is no longer a simple cloning and duplication, but a constant innovation process.
