摘　　要：结合工程实例,从混凝土材料的选择,采取大掺量粉煤灰提高混凝土的流动性,掺入高效缓凝聚羧酸减水剂,调整用水量与减水剂的掺量的最佳平衡点,有效解决混凝土流动性和抗分散性达到最佳平衡关系问题,突破了以往高性能自密实混凝土只受限于高强度自密实混凝土。With practical examples, from the choice of concrete material,it take lots of pulverized fuel ash to improve the mobility of concrete, and dope condensed acid water reducing agent mixed with efficient ease ,to adjust the water and the best dosage super plasticizer balance,it can solution to resistance of concrete to achieve the best balance between the dispersion relations, breaking the previous high-performance of self-leveling concrete which limited only by self-compacting concrete.
