摘 要:本研究采用胃毒触杀联合法测定了70%吡虫啉对黑腹果蝇和厉眼蕈蚊幼虫的室内防治效果,并采用平板加药法研究了吡虫啉对平菇等4种食用菌菌丝生长的影响,同时测定了其在平菇和秀珍菇中的残留。研究结果显示,当药剂浓度达到140μg.mL-1时不仅可以很好地防治黑腹果蝇,同时可以控制厉眼蕈蚊的为害。在预设药剂浓度下,吡虫啉对平菇和秀珍菇菌丝生长影响不大,且4 d后农药残留量未超过有关标准,但对双孢蘑菇和香菇菌丝的生长具有显著的抑制作用。The controlling efficiency of Imidacloprid to larvae of Drosophila melanogaster (Diptera: Drosophilidae) and LycorieUa sp. (Diptera: Sciaridae) and its effects to Pleurotus ostreatus (Pleurotaceae), Pleurotus geesteranus (Pleurotaceae), Lentinus edode (Agaricaceae) and Agaricus bisporus (Agaricaceae) were tested with the contact and stomach method and PDA with insecticides method, respectively, in the laboratory. The results showed that the injuring from L. sp. and D. melanogaster were controlled well when the concentration of Imidacloprid up to 140 μg ·mL^-1. The growth of mycelia of P. ostreatus and P. geesteranus was not affected by Imidaclopfid at the predicted concentration. On the contrary, the growth of mycelia of L. edodes and A. bisporus was restrained significantly. The residue of Imidacloprid in P. ostreatus and P. geesteranus were tested and not exceeded relevant standards.
