摘 要:马鞍山长江公路大桥北锚碇沉井基础施工中,沉井不排水下沉终沉阶段采用空气幕辅助下沉。该沉井采用3次接高、3次下沉的工艺,在第2节沉井接高时,在其井壁外侧布置竖向风管、水平风管和气龛,并在后续沉井接高中将竖向风管相应接长。终沉阶段向风管内通入压缩气体,气体从气龛孔喷出后使井壁与土壤之间的侧摩阻力减小,从而达到促使沉井快速下沉的目的。沉井下沉中应用空气幕对加快沉井施工进度、提高工程质量、降低工程造价方面有显著成效。In the construction of the caisson foundation of the north anchorage of Maanshan Changjiang River Highway Bridge, the final sinking stage of the non-drainage sinking of the cais- son was aided by the application of air curtain. The technique of three times height extension and three times sinking were applied to the caisson, in the height extension of the second lift of the caisson, the vertical air ducts, horizontal air ducts and air pockets were arranged in the outer sur-face of the caisson wall, and the vertical air ducts were quent height extension of the caisson. And in the final correspondingly lengthened in the subse- sinking stage, the air ducts were inflated with compressed air and the compressed air jetted out from the air pockets, which reduced the side friction between the caisson wall and the soil and consequently achieved the goal of accelera- ting the fast sinking of the caisson. The application of air curtain in the caisson sinking showed notable effect in the aspects of accelerating the speed of caisson construction, improving the quality of engineering and reducing engineering cost.
