美国高性能钢工字形钢板梁新型截面形式研究

摘　　要：高性能钢(HPS)在美国钢桥建设中得到了越来越广泛的应用。与传统桥梁用钢相比,HPS强度高、可焊性好、断裂韧性强、耐腐蚀耐候,较适于公路桥梁。为进一步充分利用HPS的优点,需要开发新型的优化截面形式,取代常规的箱形截面与工字形截面。介绍北美3种新型高性能钢工字形钢板梁的研发与应用情况,即:波纹腹板工字形钢板梁、钢管混凝土翼缘工字形钢板梁、双层腹板工字形钢板梁。上述新型截面形式提高了腹板稳定性,同时又易于制造、加工、安装,可以降低工程造价。High performance steel （HPS） has gained increasing popularity of use in steel bridges in the United States. Compared to the conventional structural grade steel used for bridges, the HPS has the characteristics of superior strength, good weldability, great fracture tough- ness, capacity of corrosion resistance and weathering resistance, and is well suitable for highway bridges. To further make full use of the advantages of the HPS, it is necessary to develop innova- tive and optimized section forms to replace the routine box section and I-shape section. The devel- opment and application of three kinds of innovative I-shape HPS plate beams is introduced, name- ly the I-shape steel plate beam with corrugated web, I-shape steel plate beam with concrete-filled steel tube flange and I-shape steel plate beam with sandwich web. The mentioned innovative sec- tion forms improve the web stability and are easy to be fabricated, processed and installed as well, moreover, the construction cost can also be reduced.
