多元社会支持对返乡农民工再就业影响的追踪研究——基于湖南返乡农民工的调查

摘　　要：就业是民生之本,返乡农民工再就业问题备受学者和社会的广泛关注。在对湖南675名返乡农民工以及其中413名实现再就业的返乡农民工追踪问卷调查的基础上,本文采用相关分析、回归分析和结构方程建模等方法,对多元社会支持与返乡农民工再就业之间的关系,以及工作搜索意向和主动性人格在其中的作用进行了探讨。结果表明:非正式支持、正式服务对工作搜索意向、工作搜索强度具有正向影响;货币福利对工作搜索意向、工作搜索强度影响不显著;工作搜索意向在非正式支持和工作搜索强度之间具有完全中介作用,在正式服务与工作搜索强度之间具有部分中介作用;主动性人格在工作搜索强度与再就业质量、工作满意感之间具有调节作用。Employment is the basic survival of the people,and the problem of reemployment of returned peasant workers had been receiving more and more attention from scholars and society in recent years.On the questionnaires of 675 returned peasant workers,and 413 returned peasant workers who had reemployment of them in Hunan,correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model were used to examine the relationship between multiple social support and reemployment of returned peasant workers,and the effect of job search intention and proactive personality among them.The results revealed that: ①Informal social support and formal services had significant effects on job search intention and job search intensity;②Financial welfare had no significant effects on job search intention and job search intensity;③Job search intention was the full meditating variables in the relationship between informal social support and job search intensity,and was the part meditating variable in the relationship between formal services and job search intensity;④Proactive personality was a moderating variable in the relationship between job search intensity and reemployment quality,job satisfaction.Finally,the conclusions and main policy implications of this paper were summarized.
