摘 要:通过模拟海水静态全浸腐蚀试验,研究了镍和硅对低温高韧性球墨铸铁的耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:在硅量一定时,腐蚀速率随镍量的增加而降低;在镍量一定时,腐蚀速率随硅量的增加而降低。在所设计的成分范围内,低温高韧性球墨铸铁的腐蚀速率都小于0.1 g.m-2.h-1,属于1级耐蚀等级。当Si量为2.46%,Ni量为1.74%时,在3.5%NaCl腐蚀液中的腐蚀速率最低为0.042 86 g.m-2.h-1。By the static whole-soaking test in simulated seawater, the effect of nickel and silicon on corrosion resistance of low temperature high toughness ductile iron was studied. The results show that with constant silicon content, the corrosion rate of the iron decreases with the increase of nickel content; and with constant nickel content, the corrosion rate also decreases with the increase of silicon content. In the range of the designed composition, the corrosion rate of low temperature high toughness ductile iron is always less than 0.1g·m^-2·h^-1, which is within the corrosion grade 1. When the Si content is 2.46%, Ni content is 1.74%, the corrosion rate is as low as 0.042 86 g·m^-2·h^-1in the 3.5% NaCl corrosive solution.
