摘  要:对张永红、黄希庭提出的企业中层管理者时间管理倾向的结构进行验证,并揭示其时间管理倾向的特点。被试为我国6城市企业中层管理者,工具为自编企业中层管理者时间管理倾向量表。研究一选取205名被试测量并进行验证性因素分析,结果显示较好的结构效度。研究二选取258名被试进行特点研究,表明其时间管理倾向得分处于中值以上,其中时间价值感、时间效能感较强,时间监控能力相对较弱;时间监控能力有显著性别差异,时间管理倾向得分随年龄的增加而增加,民营企业中层管理者时间管理倾向得分最高,国企最弱。Time management is regarded as a method to deal with the time question. It never specially makes an analysis of the personality characteristics in the time dimension or conducts the research of the characteristic belonging itself. The concept "Time Management Disposition" (TMD) in 2001 proposed by Huang Xiting and his colleagues signifies the individual psychological and behavioral characteristics displayed in the way of allocating time, composed of the sense of time value (STV), the ability of time control (ATC) and sense of time efficacy (STE). Based on this, Zhang Yonghong and his colleagues established the TMD Scale of the middle-level managers in enterprises in 2006. This research aimed to carry on the confirmation factor analysis of the structure of TMD of this group, and further discuss the relationship between the TMD and the individual backgrounds (containing gender, age, type of enterprise, region, work experience) to find out the characteristics of the TMD in the middle-level managers of Chinese enterprises. The measuring tool for the study was the self-made TMD Scale of Middle-level Managers in Enterprises, including three subsidiary scales and 45 items altogether. The data of the two studies came from 205 and 258 middle-level managers in enterprises respectively. The software used in data input and analysis was SPSS 11.5 and AMOS 5.. Through testifying the structure validity of the Scale, this research confirmed the mold' s rationality and accuracy and ensures the character's certainty, stability and reliability measured by the scale. Through the investigation of the TMD in 258 middle-level managers in enterprises, their characteristics of TMD were revealed to some extent, mainly displayed in the following aspects: The TMD score of them was above the median, the score of STV and STE being higher than that of the ATC; in gender, there was no significant difference between the STV and STE, but the ATC was different.
