摘  要:为了解国外军事心理学研究的动态和研究领域,本文对1980年至2009年国际军事测量学会(IMTA)发表的论文进行了系统分析。结果显示,军人心理选拔等七个领域的文献数量占总数的85.7%;在近30年的文献中,关键词训练与教育、工作绩效、选拔、工作分析等出现频率最高,超过文献总数的58.0%;在近10年的文献中,关键词选拔、领导力、工作分析、工作绩效、离职和人因素等前8项出现频率最高,合计达70.2%。军人心理选拔、军事领导和组织行为、军事临床心理等方面越来越受到军事心理学研究者的重视。The purpose of the present paper is to understand the trends and major fields of military psychology. Military psychology may be viewed as the application of psychological principles, theories and methods, within a military environment. In turn, varying approaches to national military requirements lead to the development of differing psychological theories. The major content of researching achievement can be reflected by the frequency of key words. And the changes of frequency of key words can reflect the tendency and characteristic of a research field. Key words are extracted from the papers or the reports to indicate the information of the whole articles. The frequency analysis method of key words is a method for analyzing literature quantitatively. In the present research, 2811 kinds of literature were collected from the conference of the International Military Testing Association during 1980 and 2009. We extracted key words from the papers or the reports to do word frequency analysis. The results show that most of literature(85.7%) may be divided into seven fields as follows: personnel training in military services, job analysis in military services, selection in military services, leadership and group behavior in military performance, measurement theory and method, human factors and military performance, and military clinical psychology. The frequencies of training/education, performance, selection and job analysis are high (above 58.0% ) in literature during 1980 and 2009. The frequencies of selection, leadership, performance, job analysis, turnover and human factors are high (above 70.2% ) in literature during 2000 and 2009. Firstly, from a methodological point of view, the emphasis of research has shifted from psychometric tests to simulations of real- life situations (e. g., assessment center, complex computer-assisted simulations, etc. ).
