摘 要:目的了解青少年伤害住院患者损伤部位一般分布状况,为制定青少年伤害防治策略提供依据。方法整群抽取兰州市2002-2008年间2所省级综合医院2 113例青少年伤害住院患者的病历资料进行分析。结果青少年伤害住院患者损伤部位所占比例最高的是颅脑部,为30.76%。不同年龄段居于第2位的损伤部位,7~13岁小学生组为眼部(18.17%),14~19岁中学生组及20~24岁青年组均为下肢,前者占20.92%,后者占14.90%。下肢和脊柱的平均住院天数最长,分别为13.99 d和13.98 d。颅脑部所占死亡比例最高,达80.56%。骨盆部未愈率最高,为5.17%。颅脑和脊柱的病死率较高,分别为4.46%和2.86%。结论颅脑是青少年容易受伤的部位,同时也是易致死的损伤部位,应加强宣传教育,做好青少年伤害的防制工作。Objective To provide basic data for preventive strategies by exploring the distribution of teenagers injury-positions. Methods By using a cluster sampling method, medical record data of injury teenager inpatients in total 2 113 cases were collected from 2002 to 2008 in two gen- eral hospitals in Lanzhou. Results The biggest proportion of young people (7-24 years) injury-positions was on the head (30.76%). The second most important injury-position in the pupil group ( aged 7-13 years ) was on the eye ( 18.17 % ). However, middle school students group ( aged 14- 19 years) and youngster ( aged 20-24 years) were in the lower limbs, the corresponding proportion was 20.92% and 14.90%. The longest average hospital stay were in the lower limbs and spine. Which were 13.99 days and 13.98 days respectively. Injuries on the head could lead to the biggest proportion of death. The unhealed rate of pelvis was 5.17%. Fatality rate of head and spine were 4.46% and 2.86% respectively. Conclusion The most vulnerable part of the teenagers is on the head. The propaganda education should be strengthened to control and prevent adolescents" accidental iniuries, so as to make the incidence at a lower level.
