摘　　要：将E2和E5消失模涂料按不同体积比混合成新的消失模涂料，对其相关性能进行研究。找出适合大型铸铁件生产的消失模涂料混合比例，并在生产上验证和使用，获得令人满意的效果。The related performance of new EPC coatings mixed with E2 and E5 at different volume ratio were studied. The mixing ratio of EPC coatings suited to the production of large iron castings was found out. The results of the validation and application during the production are satisfactory.
