大团山矿床-580m以下矿体采矿方法选择的探讨

摘　　要：冬瓜山铜矿大团山矿床开采设计生产能力为1 800 t/d,其中-580 m中段开采系统于2006年底投产。经过几年开采,-580 m以上开采的资源逐渐枯竭,为了保证矿山生产衔接,实现大团山矿床安全、高效开采,对大团山矿床-580 m以下矿体采矿方法的科学、合理选择显得尤为重要。在分析大团山矿床开采技术条件及开采实践经验基础上,对大团山-580 m以下矿床开采提出了大直径深孔和中深孔落矿的阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法,详述了盘区划分、回采工艺以及开采时应注意的安全措施。The design mining capacity of Datuanshan deposit is 1 800 t/d and the - 580 m middle section mining system put into production in 2006. After several years mining, the resources above -580 m middle section face exhaustion. In order to ensure the safe and high-efficient mining of the deposit, it is important to choose scientific and rational mining method for the orebody bellow -580 m middle section. Based on the analysis on the mining conditions and experiences in the deposit, the large-diameter length hole, medium-length hole ore blasting-stage open stope subsequent filling method is chosen. The panel partition, mining technique and safety measures are introduced.
