摘 要:随着欠平衡钻井技术的广泛应用,常规综合录井设备、技术与方法已经无法满足现场录井工作的需求。文中分析了在欠平衡钻井条件下,常规综合录井技术与方法的不足;针对欠平衡钻井过程中出现的一些监测技术难题,如井底压力与欠平衡状态的监测,以及气体钻井过程中井下燃爆与地层出水的监测等方面进行分析与探讨;对欠平衡钻井条件下的录井监测提出了相应的配套技术与方案。通过研制的欠平衡地面监测系统,可以对欠平衡钻井过程中的关键参数进行监测,从而提高录井信息的完整性与准确性,弥补了常规录井技术的不足。通过现场多口井的应用和推广,取得了良好效果。With the extensive application of underbalanced drilling technology, some traditional logging equipments, technologies and methods will not be able to meet the requirements, needing some improvements and innovations. This paper analyzes the deficiency of traditional logging technology at condition of underbalanced drilling, mainly discusses on the problems of monitoring bottom wellbore pressure, underbalance condition during flow drilling or aerated UBD and down-hole explosion and formation water production during air drilling. Some corresponding schemes of logging monitoring at the condition of UBD are proposed. Some key parameters of UBD can be monitored by ground monitoring systems which has been developed. It can help to improve the integrity and accuracy of logging data, making up for shortages of traditional logging technology. These methods and techniques have been applied in several wells with a good result, which can play an active and instructive role in underbalanced drilling operation.
