摘 要:要实现科学、优质、经济、安全的钻井作业,取得预期的钻探目的和经济效益,一个重要的前提就是要有合理的井身结构。科学探索井设计井深5355 m,是渤海湾目前为止最深的一口预探井,同时也是一口高温高压井,该井的钻探对今后渤海湾向深层进军具有重要的指导意义。通过分析该井地震层速度及周边已钻井的钻井、测井等资料,得出了该井的3个地层压力剖面;通过收集处理邻近油田已钻井起下钻等数据,给出了该井进行井身结构设计时所需的6个井身结构系数;并以此为基础,结合周围区块已钻井在钻井过程中出现的复杂情况,以确保钻井成功率为首选目标,设计了合理的井身结构,优化了套管层次,进一步减少了钻井过程中复杂情况的发生。A reasonable wellbore structure is one of the most important parts to achieve the scientific, high quality, economical and safe drilling operation and the expected purpose of drilling and economic benefits. Scientific exploration well is designed for 5,355 m in depth. This well has been the deepest well in Bohai Area so far. It is also a high temperature and high pressure well. So its drilling has important guiding significance for coming to the deeper formation in Bohai Bay in the future. This paper analyzes the well seismic layer velocity, drilling and logging data from surrounding blocks, works out the three formation pressure profiles of the well, gives the six wellbore structure coefficients required in designing the wellbore structure by collecting and analyzing the tripping data of surrounding blocks. Based on this and combined with the complex situation occurred in the well drilling process of surrounding blocks, and to put the success of drilling for the first place, this paper gives a reasonable wellbore structure and optimization of casing levels, which provides a scientific theoretical basis for reducing the complications associated with the drilling process.
